1. Initial Contact & Consultation

Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange a friendly consultation either at our workshop or in your home. This first meeting is all about understanding your vision. We’ll:

• Discuss your ideas, inspiration, and budget
  

• Talk through storage solutions, layouts, and finishes
  

• Confirm ideal timelines and fit dates
  

• Take detailed measurements of your space
  

• Coordinate with other trades where needed
  

It’s also your chance to get to know us and see how we work.

2. Design & Quotation Stage

After your consultation, we’ll create an initial design and quotation within 7 working days.

We can then provide full drawings, which are charged at £250 per room for furniture or £500 for a kitchen, which is deducted from your final balance if you go ahead.

We can also provice a fully 3D rendered design using professional software so you can visualise your new furniture or kitchen in detail.

For full 3D visualisations, we work with a specialist rendering studio. This service costs £500, which is deducted from your final balance if you go ahead.

3. Final Design & Approval

Once designs and finishes are agreed, we’ll move to final sign-off and schedule your project for production. This is also when we will take our first payment, 10% of the full cost to secure your date.

The next payments will be as follows:

40% when production starts

40% before delivery and installation

10% final payment once completed

4. Handmade Construction

Your bespoke furniture or kitchen is carefully crafted in our workshop by skilled makers.

We’ll invite you to visit during construction so you can see your project taking shape. We do this before painting or finishing, to make any final adjustments if required.

If visiting isn’t convenient, we can provide video updates instead.

5. Delivery & Installation

We arrange delivery for the day before fitting begins. Large items are transported by our fully insured delivery partners, while smaller pieces are delivered by our team.

Installation usually starts at 8am, and we’ll give you a clear timeline in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

6. Snagging & Final Sign-Off

We pride ourselves on getting things right the first time, but if any small adjustments are needed, we’ll arrange them promptly.

Once you’re completely happy, we’ll carry out the final sign-off and take professional photos of your finished space.

7. Aftercare & Warranty

We’ll provide full aftercare guidance to help you keep your furniture looking its best.
